Advantages of vacuum tires
1. Vacuum tires are safer
Vacuum tires are much thicker than ordinary inner-tube tires. After inflation, the outer tension increases and a certain pressure is formed on the inner surface, which improves the self-sealing ability of cracks. Once punctured, unlike ordinary tires, the gas is completely discharged in an instant and will last for a certain period of time, which will ensure the safety of high-speed driving, comfort and stability are much better than using ordinary tires.
2, Vacuum tires are more fuel-efficient
Vacuum tires are flat tires in metric units 315/80R22.5,295/80R22.5,275/70R22.5, and the tire crown angle is zero, so it has strong adhesion. It can maintain better driving stability and less friction, which is conducive to shock absorption and increase vehicle speed. The positioning of the belt layer is higher, the radial runout of the wheel is small, and the resistance is also small, so it can save about 3% of fuel for the vehicle.
3. Vacuum tires are more wear-resistant
Vacuum tire rims have a larger diameter than ordinary rims and will not be affected by the heat of the brake drum during driving. Since there is no inner tube and lining belt, the tire and the wheel rim are sealed as a whole. When the vehicle is running at high speed, the high temperature generated by the friction between the tire and the road surface will be directly dissipated inside (hot air) through the steel ring to quickly reduce the tire temperature, thereby extending the tire life.
4. Vacuum tires are safer
Vacuum tires have more than two advantages over ordinary tires. When the car is driving at high speed, the tires are constantly rubbing against the ground, and the tires themselves are also accompanied by Deformation, especially the contact surface between the vacuum tire and the ground is larger and the deformation is greater. These work is generating heat. If the heat cannot be well dissipated, there may be a puncture risk, and the good heat dissipation of vacuum tires is to make up for this. Everything has two sides, because the vacuum tire has a larger contact surface with the ground, and its grip is stronger than ordinary tires. In addition, because the tubeless tire has no inner tube, its quality is smaller than that of ordinary tires, and it is better for improving the handling of the car. The most special point is that the tubeless tire will not leak immediately after being tied, so there will be no danger of the vehicle losing its direction, and the safety performance is stronger than that of ordinary tires.
Vacuum Tire Disadvantages
High Maintenance and Replacement Cost
Under normal circumstances, when the vacuum tire is repaired 3-5 times, it must be replaced directly. In terms of tube, the cost of directly replacing the vacuum tire is relatively high.
